Bella Poarch was born in the Philippines on the 9th of February 1997 to her biological Filipino parents. Her grandmother was living on the streets up to her three year age when she was taken into care. The parents she adopted are American white with military training and her mother is Filipino. She says that her as well as her brother, adopted as a baby, were abused until they enlisted. They lived with their uncle at San Francisco for several months prior to moving back home Texas to celebrate her 13th birthday because of the necessity of her father to undergo bypass surgery. Her mother claims that the physical attack was less severe, however she was still dealing with the psychological abuse her father suffered in her home. At the age of 18 she joined the United States Navy. Poarch began her TikTok account in April 202020. She quickly rose to the top of the charts, garnering over 40 million followers within less than eight months. Millie B's video Soph Aspin Send, which became a worldwide success with Millie B was her greatest success. This became one of TikTok's most watched videos. The video was zoomed-in to show her dancing rhythmically, as well as lip-syncing with the song became a viral hit. After she became a member of TikTok and gained fame she launched her own YouTube channel and Twitter account. Poarch's fame reached its peak in December of 2020.
