LeBron Raymone James Sr. - born 30 December 1984 is an professionally-trained American basketball player. King James, he's widely thought of as the best athlete of all time and has frequently compared to Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketballer ever. James has won four NBA championships and four NBA MVPs, three All-Star MVPs and 2 Olympic medals. James has scored the most points during the playoffs, with the second-highest number of points in his career and is the seventh player with the most assists in his career. The NBA All-Star has made the All-NBA Team 18 times, which is a record. James has also been selected for The NBA All-Defensive First Team 5 times. The third most number of NBA Finals ever was ten, with eight being consecutive between 2011-2018. James was chosen as a part of the NHL75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022, he became only the third NBA player in history to earn more than 10,000 career points. James was a basketball player during his time at St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron Ohio. The national media celebrated him as an NBA star. A prep-to-pro, he was selected to the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall pick in 2003's NBA draft. As the NBA rookie player in 2004, he established his name quickly as one of the most elite athletes in the league, earning the NBA MVP award for 2009 and 2010. James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 when he became a Free Agent after failing to achieve a Championship with Cleveland. The news was broadcast on The Decision.
