Abbie Cornish was born on 7 August 1982 in the Australian state of Victoria and is an actor. Cornish is best known for her performances in films like Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) as well as Sarah and Geostorm (2017). In the role of the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes of the series until Nurse Jackie ended its run in June of 2015. In the same year Gilpin was in the mystery thriller True Story (2015).
